- No. Alpha Spa does not provide injections, prescription drugs, IV therapy, surgery, or medical procedures.
- Who performs services?
- Services that require professional licensure are performed only by professionals authorized to perform those services under applicable Wyoming licensing requirements.
- Can I purchase several visits at once?
- Yes. Alpha Spa offers clearly priced multi-visit massage, facial, and combination spa packages.
- Can unused package services be refunded?
- Eligible unused portions of prepaid packages may be refundable according to our Package Refund Policy. Please review the Policies page for complete terms.
- Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?
- No. Our services are traditional non-medical spa and cosmetic personal-care services. Clients with medical concerns should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
- Are payment plans available?
- Third-party payment-plan options may be available for eligible purchases. Approval, terms, APR, amounts, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider and are not guaranteed by Alpha Spa.
