Alpha Spa believes clients should understand the price of a service before committing to it. Service and package prices are published on our website, and clients receive confirmation of the applicable price before services are provided.
Accepted Payment Options
Payment is due according to the terms communicated when an appointment or package is purchased. Available payment methods will be explained when scheduling.
Payment Plans
Third-party payment-plan options may be available for eligible purchases. Availability, approval, financing amount, repayment terms, APR, and other conditions are determined by the applicable financing provider and may vary by applicant. Financing approval is never guaranteed.
Alpha Spa does not determine a customer's financing eligibility and does not charge a higher service price solely because a client chooses an available third-party financing option.
Refunds and Financed Purchases
If a purchase was funded through a third-party financing provider, any approved refund related to that purchase will be processed in accordance with the applicable provider's required refund procedure.
